There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening that is translated through you into action and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. If you block it, it will never exist through any other medium. It will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, nor how valuable it is, nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open.

Learning with every inch and cell of my body and through movement was the path that fascinated me most. Following that compass intuitively I went to acting school and studied music with a focus on movement, rhythm and education. I explored different movement landscapes: Laban, Butoh, Contact Improvisation, Body Mind Centering, Alexander Technique, Cantienica. In 2004 I got to know the 5Rhythms which became my main practice and teaching offering. From 2015 onwards I engaged myself in studying the Open Floor method. In trainings, continuing education programs and by assisting the founding members I learned to treasure the new perspectives and possibilities of this method which I am excited to share.
